Estimates and Pricing

We provide written estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, or changes to the project scope requested by the customer. Any changes to the agreed-upon work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is expected according to the agreed schedule outlined in your contract.

Warranties

Property Access and Site Conditions

You agree to provide clear access to the work area for our crew and equipment. You are responsible for identifying and marking any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hazards on your property before work begins. While we take care to protect your property, you acknowledge that some minor disruption to landscaping near the fence line may occur during installation.

Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary permits as specified in your contract. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the fence design complies with any HOA regulations, deed restrictions, or other property-specific requirements. We recommend verifying these requirements before signing the contract.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be outlined in your project contract. Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Limitation of Liability

North Augusta Fencing Expert carries liability insurance and worker compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked, damage from natural disasters or severe weather after installation, or issues arising from changes you make to the fence after our work is complete.
